What to do with leftover beer?

It seems like whenever we have people over for drinks, there is a TON of beer left here! I do enjoy drinking beer, but do you know what I love more? Bread. I'm a freaking carb-o-holic. And this bread is delicious! The type of beer you use doesn't really matter, I've used it with all kinds. I didn't like it with Sol, but that's just personal preference. I think the best beer I've used to make it has been Corey's and my home brew, but maybe I'm just partial...

Honey Beer Bread

3 cups flour
1 bottle beer
3 tbls honey
1 tbls baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbls sugar
4 tbsl butter (melted)

Preheat your oven to 350, prep your loaf pan by spraying a non-stick cooking oil on it.
Whisk together the dry ingredients then gradually add the honey and beer. The consistency of your mixture should be more like cake batter than bread dough. If it's a little too dough-y you can add some more beer to thin it out, ditto for flour to thicken it.
Pour half of the melted butter into the bottom of your loaf pan. Then, spoon the batter into the pan and top with the remaining butter.
Bake for about an hour, or until a knife can be inserted in the middle and come out clean.

Enjoy beauties!
