If you guys are like me, you're always looking for tasty snacks that are at least a little bit healthy! Well here's my new favourite: mandarins (which are absolutely delicious by themselves as well) dipped in dark chocolate! Just get some dark melting chocolate and pop about a fourth of a cup in the microwave for 30 seconds. You may need to chop it into smaller pieces to fit in your measuring cup. After its time in the microwave give it a stir to see if its creamy and melted. You can microwave it for another 15 seconds if necessary. Then dip your mandarin segments in and viola! You have a delicious snack! Let me know what you guys think!
